Entertainment Venue is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to working during the day shift. You must be an outgoing, energetic individual with high-volume, casual dining experience. You must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, have a eye for detail, a passion for food and have a strong commitment to a total guest experience.

Qualified candidates will have a substantial background restaurant management. Previous beverage management experience is also a plus.

Minimum requirements:
-3 years management experience in a high volume casual dining restaurant or entertainment venue
-Food and Beverage passion and knowledge
-Purchasing/Inventory Control Experience
-Staff development/training skills
-History of building guest loyalty

The part-time manager will work approximately 15-20 hours per week and report directly to the Day Manager, assisting with direct supervision of the day shift staff.
