Thank you so much for wanting to be a part of the new TV Pilot being shot in Atlanta, GA for the show "Higher Learning." This show is a drama based weekly television series focusing in the lives of 9-college freshman, their families and everyday life. Think of "A Different World" meets "Stomp the Yard" meets "Beverly Hills 90210." "Higher Learning" shows African Americans in a professional capacity such as state senators, school principals, and business owners to the common everyday blue collar "Joe the Plumber" worker. The show follows the students and their families through their college life and on into life after college. With the right cast, this show will set a new standard for African Americans on television.
Auditions for the show will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn at Stonecrest on the June 18th and 19th from 10am-8pm for both days. The talent must pre-register at www.prideprofessions.com. If they cannot submit first online, we will except walk-ins and will have registration forms at the auditions. This is a non-union job and a non-paid job. The talent chosen will be compensated with meals and gas and if chosen by the network the cast will then be paid with the budget given.
