Pay: Highly Competitive Weekly Salary (Approx $30-$35/hr)
We are currently looking for Market Area Managers with 2 years of management experience in the beer and/or spirits industry to join our unique and growing company. This position will focus on supporting Account Management in the development and execution of locally executed off-premise promotions. Understanding how the three-tier distribution system works is crucial to the success of this role. Experience in managing promotional teams (Product Specialist) is vital. In some cases this role will manage multiple teams concurrently. The Market Area Manager will manage the coordination of activation between promotional teams, the distributor and account managers. The development and cultivation of relationships with distributors and account managers will be an essential role.

• Encourage and increase product sales during promotional events
• Submit thorough and extensive event recaps and clear pictures ON TIME
• Set up and tear down of assets
• Transfer of assets among other PSs and Market Area Managers
• Learn and share product info to consumers at on and off premise events
• Create and foster relationships with account managers and account staff
• Attend training
• Represent the brand in a professional manner at ALL TIMES

• Spirits industry and sales experience preferred
• Available for multiple activations
• Long term commitment (our program runs year-long)
• Aggressive sales skills (We’re looking for sellers, not just a pretty face!)
• Able to communicate brand information clearly and enthusiastically
• Outgoing, engaging with consumers AND account managers
• Have transportation & for on-time arrival at events and transfer of assets
• Responsible – Will monitor valuable assets
• Reliable – Arrive ON TIME to ALL events and training
• Ability to set up and tear down assets
• Professional, yet stylish appearance with a slender build
• Knowledge of metro area
• Knowledge of activity in spirits marketing world preferred
• Tech Savvy (use of iPads, digital cameras, Microsoft Office)
