NOW CASTING FITNESS SERIES WITH TRAINER BOB HARPER (”THE BIGGEST LOSER”)

Is your daily routine so hectic you find it difficult to stay in shape? Is constant traveling, family obligations and the office grind getting in the way of your exercise goals?

Is it just too plain hard to stay away from your unhealthy habits?

“The Biggest Loser’s” Bob Harper is back on MSN and teaming up with Planters NUT-rition to teach us the smart and easy things we can do everyday to get ourselves in shape. This web series is the perfect program for people looking to make a big change in their lives without dedicating hours a day inside a gym.

From smart-snacking to mini-exercises, the series will focus on little things you can do everyday to stay in shape without interrupting your busy schedule. Bob will help improve your diet and give you an exercise plan to reach goals that are realistic for you while you continue to live your everyday life.
