Ok, have you reported it to yahoo.com and the police?
Not to mention the EEOC (Equal Employment Oppurtunity Commission)?

I would make a seperate report to local police, state labor department, FBI, and the EEOC. Might not want to let either agency know that you've reported this to another agency. They generally will try and pass the buck.
