All I got were these links.
And I did a search for the owner Vincent Anthony and nothing but the Myspace page adn alont of iMDB stuff came up.

A quote from their myspace page:

Which is even worse with presentation than their myspace page.
It doesn't even try to cater to clients who may be interested in booking models. (Unless, they're hiding this mystical website from the public alltogether. But you also get on contact info like a street address nor a phone number. Just the email address. And no attempt to even have a website?

I don't trust it.

The unfortunate thing is the increasing numbers of people who play agent without following the required laws in their state. The best thing one can do to help contribute to the continued well being of models and talent is to report the violators and hope that they're taken down, fined, and closed up.

Hi guys

I was a signed model in USA and I was sub contracted to After Shock Models in NYC... what does this mean...

Well I'd an 'exclusive' contract with an Agency in another city. My Director/Agent wanted me to go to NYC for a photoshoot. I was referred to AfterShock and told this was a sub contract agreement between the Agencies... essentially I'd go there and do a shoot and see what happens.

I did go. My memory is terrible.. I just happen to have found notes on an old notebook from that time... with words After Shock and address 6 East 39th St. I remember going there. I met the owner Vincent AND i have to say he was a very gracious person to me. We did a photoshoot in Central park... with a couple of other male models.

The photographer kept coming onto me and talking to me inappropriately about sex. Vincent fired him when I reported this. I'd a number for them as 212 685 4444 but don't know if that's in service.

They did prints of my photos... I had a falling out with my primary Agency in another city.. yes, Director/Agent tried to have sex with me... damn I must have been gorgeous then.. haha.. but I refused. I ended the contract and never heard anything since from either Agency. I'm a very head strong person. I was always a step ahead of these Agencies as I was never dependent on them.

All i can advice people of is you're either born to be a model or you're not. Agents can do so much but in the end you essentially choose them. You pay them a percent of earnings so they work 'for' you... be responsible for your own actions and choices.
