Here is my opinion on the company FUZE IT WORLD WIDE. They are a joke. I did one of thier recent events and it was a HUGE mistake and I feel a little silly for not seeing the signs. They are definitely tricky because all of thier online stuff - website, blog etc all looks really legit and decent. Well there is a surprise at the end of the road. Selling the tickets should have been my first notion to not go forward.
$200 I paid them - and I didn' sell one ticket.(i'm new to town and they got me my tickets realllllly late (4 days before event)). I was feeling guilty about paying the money anyways but felt much worse after the show and they refused to return my money after a horrible experience. Here are a few things that happened to me:
-cockroach infested bar
-show at 630pm????
-one ratty dress that had no tag so I don't even know who the designer was (forever21maybe???) and it gave me a rash - ewww!
-all the clothes were transported in a suitcase? Is this normal for designers to give the fashionshow host their clothing and a suitcase be okay to carry it all in?
-hair and make up promised by Fuze It World Wide team - nope! It was acadamy people (school trainees).
-I didn't even get my make up done because they were too rushed (thankfully i brought my own just in case)
-we were promised runway, photoshoot backstage, and red carpet pics. I was most looking forward to the photoshoot which actually NEVER HAPPENED. They took my photo on the so called "red carpet" but I haven't even seen the pictures.
I was not the only one who went through the stress and discomfort of the bull that went on with this company.
If anyone would like more information I'd be happy to share.
I hope this little message with my expereiences will help guide anyone with even the smallest bit of doubt. My suggestion would be DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear about this. I'm not certain its a scam as they did produce something... whether it was professional or not may be your question.

Have you contacted FUZE IT WORLD WIDE with your grievances? Where are they located? Do they claim to be an agency or management firm or are they just an event production crew?

I may move this to the watch list. It does sound unfortunate and sub-standard but not necessarily like a scam.

You can put it on the watch list if you like - my main goal here was to get the information out there so others are not taken advantage of. Where is their money being put towards? This is why I call it a scam? Yes a sort of cheap waste of time fashion show was produced but the money they are making off of this is obviously not going towards what they are trying to produce. And they made a lot of promises that were never delivered - which is why I felt Scammed.

Yes I definitely brought this up with Fuze It. (who offices out of LA) They sounded concerned although when I had asked for my money back or some sort of compensation to what I felt I had lost in this event, it was an argument and then they ignored and never followed through.
They are very aware that I was going to be vocal about my opinions.
